Lorraine has been key to the growth of the UKPR business with astute financial management and planning whilst having a pragmatic approach utilising her knowledge of the industry.  Lorraine has key business responsibilities for specific compliance aspects associated with senior staff recruitment and all aspects of financial management.  Whilst not being a family member Lorraine is a shareholder within the organisation.

Engineering Management and P2PE

Over 30 years of industry experience within multi-national OEM supplier of POS, EPOS and services to acquire, retail and services clients. Key skill sets including significant quality focussed having served as UK & ROI quality manager for POS OEM. Further key skills include P2PE management and KIF management including successful accreditation management of facilities at both OEM and UKPR sites for a variety of goods & products both attended and unattended. Process-driven with first-rate attention to detail and a right-first-time mentality.

UKPR Managing Director and family member of the Reid family who founded the business in the mid-2000s. A business shareholder with a focus on customers and strategic delivery of business & project objectives. Started within the UKPR business whilst in its infancy and has been a key enabler of the growth of the business growth. Extensive UKPR experience in key functions including logistics, distribution, contact centre and people management.

Garry Scott

Warehouse and Distribution Manager

Garry has hands-on man management of our warehousing and distribution staff at all 4 of our facilities. Utilising his experience and management skills Garry ensures that all the sites run in a smooth, effective and efficient manner. Garry has overall responsibilities for logistical planning and distribution with which he works on these in conjunction with our business partners. Site compliance and security including H&S, CCTV and access complete the competencies under Garry’s remit.

UKPR business founder in the mid-2000s. Key skills include extensive experience as group global operations director for OEM solutions provider with full P&L and functional responsibility, prior to creating UKPR. Responsible for UKPR ethos and business growth since creation with recent periods being centred on strategic growth vision to future-proof the business for the shareholders and staff. Extensive skills in client relationship management at the senior executive level, business & skills mentoring of key staff coupled with an attitude that fosters an enjoyable approach to business, centred on social and community responsibilities.

UKPR team member that has been with the business for over 15 years in a client and account management function. Instrumental in obtaining repeat contract wins for several acquiring bank clients over his time with the business. Key skills are proactive communications, MI / performance management, and client-centric approach including cost-saving initiatives which have saved clients over £200,000. Extensive logistics and supply chain experience including vendor management of a multi-national courier business.
